What the partner program is, honestly

We're a private-beta product built by practicing CAs. This isn't a mature affiliate program with a payout dashboard — it's an open invitation to CAs who use or evaluate TatvaBooks to recommend it to clients where it fits, and to have a real say in what we build next. We're deliberately not promising commission numbers or co-branding terms here that we haven't finalised — if that's what you need to know, email us and we'll tell you exactly where things stand.

What's in it for you

A product you can actually recommend

Every client's books are GST-correct at source, GSTR-2B reconciles automatically, and you get direct access without emailing backups around. Recommend it because it makes your review work faster, not because it pays you to.

Practice-plan pricing for your firm

Run your own multi-client practice on the Practice plan — one dashboard, per-client filing-deadline tracker, and role-based access for your articles.

You stay the advisor

Clients you refer stay your clients. TatvaBooks is the software layer under your advice, not a replacement for it.

Early input on the roadmap

Partner CAs get a direct line to raise what's missing for real practice work — several existing features (the deadline tracker, multi-client switching) came from exactly this kind of feedback.

What does the CA partner program actually offer?

We're building this out — the current shape is straightforward: you recommend TatvaBooks to clients who'd benefit, we make sure your own Practice-plan account reflects that, and we keep a direct feedback line open. If you want the specifics of commission or co-branded terms, contact us — we're finalising the structure and would rather tell you honestly where things stand than promise numbers we haven't locked in.

Is there a referral commission?

We're still finalising the commercial terms for referrals. If that's the part you care about, email us and we'll tell you exactly where things stand rather than guess in a marketing page.

Do I need to be a paying TatvaBooks customer to join?

No — you can register interest whether or not you're already using TatvaBooks for your own practice, though most partner CAs end up running their own practice on it too.

Will my clients know I referred them?

That's up to you — some CAs introduce TatvaBooks directly, others prefer clients to sign up independently. Either way, you remain the client's advisor; we don't insert ourselves into that relationship.

How is this different from just recommending any software to a client?

It isn't fundamentally different — the partner program just means we know you're a CA who works with multiple clients, so we can set your own Practice account up right and keep you in the loop on what we're building.
